These terms cover the website only. Client work runs on a separate written agreement signed before anything is built.
What is on the page
The descriptions of services and process here are a summary, not an offer or a quote. Nothing on this site forms a contract. Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing for each engagement.
The open-source work
ClaudeGate and Cowork are published on GitHub under their own licences. Those licences govern your use of that code, not these terms, and the code is provided without warranty. Star counts and figures quoted here are whatever GitHub reported when the page was last updated.
Other people's trademarks
Product names belonging to other companies are used to describe what the software connects to. It does not imply those companies endorse or are affiliated with Proscendia.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from relying on the information here — for anything that matters, get it in writing from us first.
